El Nido Elementary School
The El Nido School District, in the heart of southern Merced County, serves approximately 160 kindergarten through eighth grade students. Our exemplary educational system in El Nido is continually improving with student excellence as our goal. The superb teaching staff pride themselves in providing a quality education for all students. Welcome Back Hornets! I hope you had a wonderful holiday break full of family, friends, good food and love! It is 2012 and we are in full swing towards California State Testing! Keep working hard and having fun along the way! I am proud of all of the students and glad to see them back at school!

El Nido Parent Teacher Club Fall Carnival!
A huge thank you to all the parents, families and teachers who donated time and/or items for the fall carnival! It was nice to see the community come out Saturday to visit and help with the activities. A lot of planning and coordinating occured to ensure that Saturday was full of excitement for all!
